EGK-Gesundheitskasse wants to offer its insured persons as much convenience as possible. That's why it has developed a new, digital customer platform with an associated app. The "myEGK" app and EGK customer portal allow you to conduct all transactions in connection with your health insurance at EGK-Gesundheitskasse digitally and paperless - around the clock and without any administrative burden. At the same time you always have an overview of your insurance cover, your submitted invoices and cost contributions and your personal data. You have the key information about your insurance to hand at all times and still have the opportunity to discuss questions easily and quickly via the app with a customer adviser. Thanks to the strict data protection regulations prevailing at EGK-Gesundheitskasse, you can rest assured at all times that your personal data are protected against unauthorised access.

Your insurance portal on a smartphone

Step 1

The customer platform "myEGK" is available for you at portal.myegk.ch and you can download the "myEGK" app free of charge from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.

Register today and benefit from full control of your insurance information! Already registered users on "Meine EGK" have to re-register for "myEGK".

Step 2

You will need your personal insured number and monthly premium in CHF. You will find this on your insurance policy in the premium summary on page 1.
