Terms and Conditions of Participation

Individuals aged 18 or over who are members of EGK (active insurance policy) and are resident in Switzerland.
Excluded are intermediaries, tipsters, corporate clients, collective policyholders and legal entities, as well as employees of EGK-Health Insurance and their family members.

You are not entitled to a referral bonus if:
- the person making the referral is under 18 years of age
- the person making the referral refers themselves
- the referrer is not insured with EGK
- the referrer is a newborn child
- the person being referred is already insured with EGK
- the referral is received only after the quote has been issued
- no insurance policy is taken out
- the contract is not concluded, for example due to a rejection

- A maximum of 10 referrals per customer per year will be rewarded.
- Payments will be made exclusively to a bank or postal account in Switzerland.
- No correspondence will be entered into regarding the recommended addresses.
- Legal recourse is excluded.
The form is used to record your own details as well as the name, address and contact details of the person you are recommending. You must also indicate whether the person you are recommending has already been informed of this, either verbally or in writing. You must accept the privacy policy before submitting the form.
