Easily set up myEGK

Für die Registrierung benötigen Sie:

  • Ihren Registrierungscode (per Post erhalten)
  • Ihre Versichertennummer
  • Eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse und Handynummer

Hinweis: Für Neuversicherte ist die Registrierung erst 90 Tage vor Versicherungsbeginn möglich.

How registration works

  1. App oder Webportal öffnen
    Laden Sie die App im App Store (iPhone) oder Google Play Store (Android) herunter oder öffnen Sie direkt das Webportal. Klicken Sie auf «Registrieren».
  2. Code und Versichertennummer eingeben
    Geben Sie Ihren Registrierungscode und Ihre Versichertennummer ein.
  3. E-Mail und Handynummer bestätigen
    Sie erhalten jeweils einen Bestätigungscode per E-Mail und per SMS. Geben Sie beide Codes ein. Ihre E-Mail-Adresse wird künftig Ihr Benutzername sein.
  4. Passwort festlegen
    Wählen Sie ein persönliches Passwort

    Click on “Forgot password” on the login page. You will receive a link via e-mail to set a new password.

    Yes, you can use your Vicard insurance card digitally with the myEGK app. This can be saved in the wallet.
