EGK-Gesundheitskasse conditions of participation

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. All adults resident in Switzerland who do not work for EGK are eligible to participate. The data collected as part of the competition will be used by EGK-Gesundheitskasse to run the competition and for marketing purposes, including the option to establish contact by phone. Consent to the use of the data can be revoked in writing at any time and without giving reasons (e.g. by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@egk.ch).

The data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose or required by law. During this time, EGK-Gesundheitskasse will take all the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unlawful or incorrect processing. Once the purpose of processing ceases to apply or the statutory retention period has expired, the data will be erased in accordance with data protection regulations.
