  • Qualified doctors will assess your concern and draw up a binding treatment plan together with you.

  • If your problem is not treatable via telemedicine, Medgate will refer you to the appropriate specialist centre. After first consulting Medgate, persons insured with EGK have a free choice of doctor.

If you require medication, you will receive a prescription directly via the Medgate app.

Please always report follow-up checks and referrals to other medical professionals to the telemedicine centre.

Directly to the doctor without calling

You can contact these specialists directly at any time:

Which model is more suitable depends on whether the priority is flexible availability by phone or a well-trusted local practice.
