A new look for “myEGK”

The demands on everyday digital assistance are in constant flux. We have overhauled the customer portal and “myEGK” app to optimise the user experience for our insured persons.

The “myEGK” digital insurance platform is highly popular. More and more insured persons are processing their transactions free of paper via the EGK- Gesundheitskasse – irrespective of time or place. They particularly don't want to miss out on the uncomplicated submission of invoices and cost contributions in just a few clicks. They also value, for example, the virtual insurance card (Vicard), on their mobile whenever they need it – whether at the chemist or other health service providers, in Switzerland or abroad.

To enhance user friendliness even more and meet users’ different needs, we have made the customer portal and “myEGK” app state of the art and introduced some additions to it. Besides the fresh design, you’ll also notice the following improvements:

  • Clearer layout and simpler navigation
  • Instant access to your virtual insurance card on the app
  • Uncomplicated process for submitting documents
  • Outstanding invoices accessible anytime in the portal
  • More information on useful EGK- and health-related topics

Foolproof application

Insured persons with an existing account can log in via the customer portal myegk.ch or on the app with their current user data. Registering for a new account on the web page is also very straightforward. The “myEGK” app is also available for download from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
