Our customers are increasingly receiving advertising calls in which unknown third parties introduce themselves as EGK employees. They want to entice the persons contacted to change their health insurance or make other adjustments. These callers are not acting on behalf of the EGK.
We advise you to be particularly careful with unsolicited advertising calls. EGK respects the privacy of its customers and therefore refrains from working with brokers and from telephone advertising. We only contact our customers through our own employees at our agencies. At agencies you can check the agency responsible for you and your personal consultant. If you are unsure or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your EGK agency.
