Ariella Kaeslin can look back on a successful sports career. In 2009, she achieved a string of milestones by winning bronze in the all-around final at the European Championships and becoming European Champion on the vault, followed by a silver medal on the vault at the World Championships, making her the first Swiss gymnast to win a medal at major events. In 2011 she appeared on the podium again, coming third in her specialty event of vaulting in the European Championships.
At the end of her sporting career, Ariella Kaeslin completed her bachelor’s degree in sports science and psychology at the University of Bern.
She is currently studying physiotherapy at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) in Landquart. Originally from Lucerne, the young student has written twelve insightful blogs about her life exclusively for Vituro.
