This year comparis.ch again surveyed the Swiss population about their satisfaction with their insurance providers. In June 2019, the market research institute “Intervista” conducted a representative survey in which over 3500 people were asked to give their opinions.
EGK-Gesundheitskasse’s continuous improvements in all the target values over the previous years led to EGK’s commitment to its policyholders being awarded an overall rating of 5.4, making EGK one of the best health insurers in Switzerland.
We would extend particular thanks to all of EGK’s employees: EGK received the excellent rating of 5.5 in the category “competence and helpfulness of employees”. In addition, policyholders also appreciate the clarity of the billing, the prompt payments and the company’s fairness (rating 5.4) as well as the comprehensibility and clarity of its customer information (rating 5.4).
