A celebration - by people for people
"Senses" is meant literally: wood and clay may be touched, smell the plants and herbs and of course move to the music. Not to mention the culinary highlights! And so that the little ones don't get bored either, there will be a children's orienteering run on the company grounds, they can have a fine tattoo sprayed on by the airbrush artist or simply let off steam on the bouncy castle. In any case, variety is provided for and good humor is guaranteed.
The open day lasts from ten to about 15.30 in the afternoon. All offers, including food and drinks, are free of charge, and with a little luck there is a chance to win a vacation voucher worth 500 francs.
Natural and sustainable
About a year ago, the EGK-Gesundheitskasse moved to Birspark 1 in Laufen, bringing together four locations in Laufen under one roof. The wooden building is modeled on a tree that branches upwards. The trunk is represented by the two clay-covered central concrete candles inside. During construction, attention was paid not only to natural materials, but also to sustainability: the integrated heating, cooling system operates using groundwater from the neighboring Birs River, and there are 136 electricity-producing photovoltaic panels on the roof.
