What we expect from you

We want to get to know you as a person. Your personality and the enthusiasm you show for your job are the best way to convince us. So just be yourself. Be true to yourself, open and honest – it’s the best way to show us that you’re a good fit for us.

What we advice you

It’s important to us that our colleagues can identify with EGK. That’s why we want you to research our company and the job requirements before you write your application. It’ll give you peace of mind and help you to persuade us you’re the right person for the job.

Complete dossier of documents

Make sure you give yourself enough time to finish your application. It’s especially important to us that your documents are complete. We ask for your CV, a cover letter, all your references and the relevant diplomas.

Your application dossier allows us to get that all-important first impression of what you have to offer. So, in addition to submitting all the relevant documents, make sure the structure of your dossier is clear and there aren’t any typos.

Application process

If we like your written application, we’ll invite you to the first round of interviews. If we make a good impression on each other and both think it’ll be a good fit, you’ll usually be invited to a second interview and a trial session in the relevant department so you can get an idea of what your potential new workplace and colleagues are like.

Generally speaking, you’ll receive a job offer over the phone or face to face. However, if your application is rejected, we’ll always let you know.
