EGK health insurance company offers different payment options for premium and benefit invoices. If you no longer wish to receive your invoice by mail and pay by deposit slip, you have two options:
- Direct debit:
With the direct debit procedure you grant EGK-Gesundheitskasse a debit authorisation with right of objection. The premium invoice will be automatically deducted from your account in a timely fashion. Thus you ensure that you do not miss a payment date. If you do not agree with the entry, you can appeal within 30 days and get your money back. Important: The direct debit procedure is only available for premium invoices.
With e-bill, you no longer receive your premium and benefit invoices in paper form by mail, but digitally directly via your e-banking or e-finance account. You only have to approve the invoice at the click of a mouse and you have full control over the payment.
Of course, you can also combine the two payment options. You then receive the benefit invoices as e-bills, while the premium invoices are automatically debited by direct debit. This gives you the benefit of not having to worry about all your monthly billing, even when travelling
